Little 17 month old fashionista (North West) was treated to a day out at the spa in Beverly hills, by her 33 year old mama (Kim K). She has ever since being receiving the 5 star treatment that other kids who are older than her could only imagine and think of. The little Kim Kardashian Jr rocked the designer plush black fur coat, black leggings and a black kitty-cat embroided velvet loafer.
