Gd day foodies,

I went to a party last 2weeks and ate a very sweet salad.

I think it was the salad dat was was sweet, it wasnt fresh nor crunch but had a very sugary taste to it.

Am going to a party on Saturday and want to yake a take a tray of salad.

But I dont want the regular stuff I want that sweet one.

Pls can u help.

my sister its nt d carrot ooo.... its sugar.
if u had observed, u ll notice dat d cream is a bit lighter than u know it. just a little sugar and you are good.

some people also add milk and mix every with the cream b4 serving it on d salad.

but den for ur sweet carrot...get fresh baby carrots, they taste nice.

its nt crunchy cos d carrot was blanched...

Yep. They add sugar to the cream. Very simple. Tasty too.

yeah. It depends on your choice. Some people like sugar while some would go for carrot but I prefer carrots to sugar . It's more healthy.

No naturally sweet carrot is going to produce that taste. Abi e dey?

Am just starting it now.

Still don't know how am going to do it becos I dont want to mix it before I present it to the host.

yeah you are right. If you grate the carrot it will taste sugary plus the liquid coming out of the grated salad will give it that taste. Good luck

Google carrot salad + pineapple, there are lots of ways to make it adding different things like raisins, Apple etc
