Buhari Will Never Rule Nigeria Again. by BabaAlabi(op): 3:10pm On Dec 01, 2014
A wise man said 'Those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it'. The election has just been handed over to PDP by rejecting Fashola as the vice presidential candidate. Let me explain, just pay attention.
Nigerians have leaders elected based on three factors-Religion, Tribe and Greed. PDP with their ineptitude and incompetence have ruled this country for many years because those three aforementioned factors are always in place.
APC should have picked Buhari and Fashola with a clear message that Buhari is going to tackle corruption as he did when he was the head of state while Fashola will handle economic, educational and power problems the same way he did as the governor of Lagos. After 4 years, by which time Buhari will be 75 he will step down for Fashola thereby paving the way for him to become president.
In this way the North and South West will vote massively for APC and the muslim-muslim ticket wahala would be inconsequential at this point, leaving the minority South East and South South for PDP.
Educated nigerians-graduates,undergraduates and workers who are christians, will vote massively for Fashola. Local northerners and all the muslims in Nigeria will vote for Buhari. Many Yorubas will vote for Fashola. Some Igbos in Rivers and Imo will vote for APC because of Okorocha and Amaechi. Many Edo people will vote for APC because of Oshiomole.
Nigerians who have suffered enough won't care about the muslim-muslim ticket because it is only when you have eaten that you can quarrel and fight.
Nigerians need change, not just any change but the progressive change that Buhari and Fashola can bring but by rejecting Fashola, APC have rejected the presidential chair in Aso-Rock.
This is my humble opinion. If you think I am wrong, correct me with facts and reasonable comments. If you think I am right please join me in mourning for APC. God bless Nigeria.

Muslim-Muslim ticket can't work. The APC has tremendously engaged in campaign of calumny just to intimidate and denigrate GEJ.Anybody who thinks APC is the solution is simply walloping in super illusory perception.Cheers.

OP, by opening this thread you have just confirmed what even the least discerning observers must have known by now, and this is the fact that those who hate to see Buhari emerge as the next present are ironically the most vocal in 'advising' and 'warning' the APC on who they should field as their presidential and vp candidates.

In this post, you deceptively portray yourself as a great admirer of Fashola's performance, on the basis of which you pretend to be arguing for his nomination as the APC vp candidate. But do you think people would never find out a thread you opened in 2012 with the sole purpose of rubbishing the achievements of the same Fashola? Even the way you titled that thread shows you were just out to taunt the same Fashola you pretend to admire here.

This what you wrote then:

BabaAlabi:
On behalf of other newbies and people brainwashed by the media hype of Fashola, I would like to thank Thelastpope and Sincere Nigerian for opening our eyes. It is really sad that throughout Nigeria there's no credible person that can lead us to greatness. Men with different intentions are raping our country everyday yet we thought Fashola was different. If there was to be a presidential election yesterday, I would have waited in the sun for 72 hours to vote for Fashola only to come here and see that he has achieved close to nothing for the past 6 years. Once again Thanks very much...
Please Note-I am prepared for all the insults the Fashola lovers are prepared to hurl at me but the truth is the truth and no one can change it....Peace
