The vírus no dey show for face like marykay..... For those infected,stay healthy by avoiding sex marathon,smoking,drinking excesively among others.....

To improve ur immune system,increase ur intake of shoreshop,veg,fruits,immune booster like well woman,immunance,,,,, treat infection once noticed and adhere to ur drugs daily...take vitamine A,B12,E,C regularly.

Hope it helps. So sad that with all these sensitization and campaigns, HIV/AIDS prevalence is till very high. Wonder what would have happened if these efforts were not made.
