Hello bro. As regards your post, I think those required to register at the DSA are basically those who missed the last batch and those who deferred like myself. I might be wrong though. I have been to the DSA to fill a form as well as to submit the 'REVALIDATION LETTER'. Nonetheless, I feel even if you were not mobilised at all, it would be safer to fill the form.
