1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PERSONEL Required(Female with some technology sales
experience or bank sector experience)
Business Development Purpose: Builds business by identifying and selling
prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Business Development Duties:

*Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and
evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales
options.

* Sells products by establishing contact and developing
relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

* Maintains relationships with clients by providing support,
information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
recommending profit and service improvements.

* Smart, assertive and extroverts.

* Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining
current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Skills/Qualifications: Presentation Skills, Client Relationships,
Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills,
Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation
for Sales.


2. Junior Technical Consultant

Candidate with Technical background

2a - Java

- Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle DBA knowledge with professional
certifications.
- Minimum of 2:1 in Computer Science, Engineering or Accounting

- Minimum of a year experience

Skills
* Good knowledge in Java

* Working with Java Data Types

* Using Operators and Decision Constructs

* Creating and Using Arrays

* Using Loop Constructs

* Working with Methods and Encapsulation

* Working with Inheritance

* Handling Exceptions


2b - .Net

- .Net and PL\SQL knowledge with professional certifications.

- Minimum of 2:1 in Computer Science, Engineering or Accounting

- Minimum of a year experience

Skills

* Good knowledge in .Net

* .Net Languages: C#, VB.Net

* Familiar with Visual Studio: 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2013

* .Net technologies, ASP.net Web forms, MVC, Ajax, Web Service
[Windows Communication Foundation], Windows Applications

* Database Management System: MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 and newer
version

* Business Intelligence Services: SSRS

Others: Good understanding of Internet Information Technology [IIS] with
good skill of administration
