You should learn what a gentleman's agreement means. Yes it was not written and signed hence not legally binding. But that does not mean it never existed. The video is clear for all to see, he said he will not contest, and now he has changed his mind. Changing of mind is allowed, but what is not allowed is to lie that he never said any such thing.
