Why is the Police and DSS behaving as if they are confused with regrads to Ogwuche?

Release the mad man to the people that lost their loved ones at Nyanya

and let them share their meat.

I dare say that some will even eat the meat

I know one woman that sold everything she had to train his only son, not having
a husband and earning less than thirty thousand naira as salary.
What she didnot do was stole.

The very first day the young man started work as engeneer was the Nyanya day and he died.

He has not been declared guilty, has he?

Cool down. That demon will not go free. He is just jumping. He will go down. He will never escape justice. Allow his supporters and sponsures to hurry up and run faster than their legs. He shouldn't think that cause he has been released he is now a freeman becausse nemesis will surely catch up with him because he is not innocent.. Most of these nigerian lawyers, their own is to file suits and be collecting money not minding whether the people they are defending is guilty or not.. . You can't expect much of brilliant intelligence from SSS. People only give their best when they do what they have passion for and not what others ask them to do. By this, you'll need to find out how SSS recruits it's people to understand what evil has befallen Nigeria. If you are not a candidate of one powerful thief in Nigeria, for you, getting placement with SSS is as good as swimming across the Atlantic Ocean. What then do you think will happen when guys that SSS employ are children of Governors, Ministers, Senators? When in most cases this guy's don't even want to work.

You are wrong. Have some trust in the Nigerian system. The entire human system is becoming more and more complex. I do not your age but where we are now in this country is damn too complex. In this country today, even a Saint will never agree to come into this system and operates smoothly.. I urge you to stay and listen to channel and ait every morning and listen to the different opinions of different individuals. As it is, no matters the numbers of times our constitutions is amended, changed, it will be difficult to have a 'near perfect system' in this country. Nigerians are VERY terrible people. My happiness is that the more we move forward with the way we are, the more we tighten our way. Look at the speaker's case, the majority and indeed all members house will never elect a speaker from a minority party, because it is well known that during the selection, majority always carry the day. But we call ourselves very smart at tightening our system.
Look at the Freedom of Informatiom Bill? It is not even completely free now. How do you see the usage and the effect of this bill? The intention of all these and others bills was to refine and turn the Nigerian system for better as they are in other normal countries with straight headed people but what is your take on it in this country?

So if the CIA/FBI arrests you for questioning relating to a crime and later releases you.. You can sue the CIA? On what grounds please.. For a national crime?

why will he not run,u in nigeria sef.if any crime happen in one neighbourhood like this.guilty or not guilty everybody runs you just have to run.unless you belive the police is your friend.there them go show how de be ur friend for inside torture chamber.

The case of bombing has not even been visited by government court.

But the masses court has since finished the matter awaiting execution.

if you lost a dear one in Nyanya and heard the evidence of the co bombers,
and Ogwuche's boasts, you wont be so patient for DSS and Police and the Courts.

Na God go punish the ogwuche, punish the people wey arrest am, punish the lawyer wey defend am, punish the prosecuting lawyer, punish the judge wey acquit am and punish the people wey go at long last give am #100m.

Because them just use all that distract us from the actual truth.

This one is different. The court discharged him based on the point they were accusing him on at that time.

so as long as he has been freed based on that point, he ought to be released to go.

But the law permits the DSS or police to rearrest him based on another separate accusation.

for now that separate accusation has not been brought forward by either the police or the DSS

So Ogwuche and his lawyers (SAN) are crying foul.

They are right unless the authorities brings up another point, which is what the judge has asked them to do

to prove why Ogwuche should not be released.

However, let us make it clear that prosecuting Oguche in court is the duty of the Nigerian Police not the DSS

The charge shall read Ogwuche VS the commissioner or IG of Police, not the DSS

The DSS should hand the files over and lets move forward.

For if through theior bungling this case, Ogwuche is set free,

I will just cross over to Benin Republic and rent a flat, move my family there and come back like the politicians hehehehehe
