Orba road suddenly came to life. Cries of 'Ideke Nsukka' rent the air.
I was enthralled by this enigma who appeared to be a favorite of the locals.
Yet each person I asked, 'Who is the guy?' replied with great conviction, "IDEKE NS'KA!'
It was as though he needed no introduction, no long stories.
Since that day, wherever the name Okey Ezea is mentioned, I re-live that day at Orba road; I feel I should jump like the market women, screaming off the top of my lungs, "Ideke Ns'ka!' even though I practically have zero knowledge who this man is (other than being Ideke Nsukka, that is).

Its another weekend in Enugu!

They are giving the monument of Igwe Nnaji a face lift, workers painting the monument this morning.

Looks like ET airline now has 2 to 3 direct inbound flight to Enugu and also 2 to 3 direct outbound to Addis.

It is christmas season and SE passengers fill up every available inch on the plane. Even getting a flight from New York to Lagos on Arik, was tough for my family member.

This is a heavily private zone with very few bus stops, taxis and keke hold the key to transportation around here if you are not mobile. No buses.
