My z10 won't snap anymore. It keeps saying camera cant be started. I think its a software issue.

it's a hardware problem, mine did same, just go n change the camera!!!!!!!!

How do I downgrade to d initial OS. It seems like d problem started after I upgraded. Plus my battery drains faster now.
