I'd say I listen to everything at least once and discard those I don't flow with, no matter if popular or gospel. I think that's what is even contributing to my lack of interest. These days I can't seem to flow with most of the stuff out there even the gospel ones. I have kept songs from the Ron Kenoly and Don Moen hey days because I still flow powerfully with them.

I tell you. Amazingly Debbie didn't take baby formula. When I wanted to introduce milk she protested so I have pap and she collected. I just added groundnut, crayfish and glucose. I no send her since me ma no like milk, tea in general
