"I purchased a plot of land in suburb area of Ikorodu,Lagos state in 2005 for #125,000. In 2008 I went there to commence work on it but I was greeted with great shock as one supposed rich man had already acquired the land and erected a building on it.

Subsequently, upon tendering all valid documents to relevant authorities to claim the land the popular rich man frustrated my efforts and I had to let go. I put the issue behind me and moved on with life. I struggled hard to get another plot of land which I didnt waste time to build on. Presently I live there with family since 2010.

However,it still appeared a miracle as I received a call from the man's lawyer that he has given me back the plot of land with the house on it. At first I felt it was a beginning of another war until Imet with him and it was true. Tears of joy trooped down from my eyes and that's it."- My friend.
