MTK company will update their platform to lollipop by the end of this year hopefully.
Our R& department is working on the new ROM to provide a better user experience to InnJoo end users.
InnJoo will never let you down.

2. Is it really necessary that I Root my device?
Root could cause a system instability, also your smart device will not under warranty. We recommend not to Root the device unnecessarily.

3. Does InnJoo Note support live paper and smart gestures?
I’m sorry that at present InnJoo Note couldn’t support live paper and smart gestures. But our R& department is working on that.

4. Does MX player run in Note?
Yes, MX player runs well in Note.

5. The rear camera of Note is 13MP, but why my Note shows the megapixel of 8?
The default pixel is 8MP. Open camera and hit the setting icon--Preview size: Standard(4:3). After that, the megapixel will be 13MP.if l

Mx player doesn't run well on D note. Only thru gallery wen u select as default player. Buh it won't open on D icon.

go to playstore and download the current mxplayer version . it starts working on the inote since it was updated to version 1.7.34
