Depending on the airline you are using and which country of either latvia, estonia or lithuania uar heading to. I cant advice you if i dont know exactly where you headed, cause this countries are independent entities.

Use any of the western european airline and i dont think you would have any business with moscow, or did u book on aeroflot.

Not booking my tickets from you, bro. But the advice is appreciated.

It's Lithuania and Aerofloot because it's much cheaper. If transiting might be an issue I might just splurge on Lufthansa. Would Frankfurt require a transit visa?

I dont know about transit visa via moscow, but lufthansa dont need no transit visa, u only stopover at frankfurt,Germany 4 some few hours then head to lithuania.

You do not need a transit visa if transiting through moscow..as long as you remain within the confine of the airport..wether domodedovo shremeteyevo or vnukovo airports ..you are allowed to spend maximum of 12hrs..
