Hi guys, I tried to use my firstbank prepaid card on aliexpress today and it wasn't successful but the money was deducted on my account. Are they going to refund me or should I go and complain to them?

Once merchants don't come for their money, Expect a refund after 30 days surely. To get it quickly, get a correspondent letter showing that the item got wasn't successful (even a picture to show would be okay ).

even with po box u will still pay parcel clearance fee the only advantage is tht they will just pile up your slip in your box and when u get there u will have to go to the office to pay and get it..so doesnt make any difference... smiley

Did U have to clear with the Customs or U collected at the Post Office? In fact, I wish to know how that option of collecting at the Post Office works. (Whatever will make me avoid d Customs people).
