I dont think houses cost much at urora, couse that way is more or less a village, coupled with the poor power supply. A room maybe at the range of 2k to 3k that way, except its closer to aduwawa. I will advice you to convert to 2 self cons. Cause that is the hot cake now in benin.

I was just bout to advice u on same path as the orignal poster just did so.

I advice u go for selfContained. A 1rm self cntain. It wil be occupied in a jiffy compard to face2face or flat in that area that hasn't got lite, security and very far frm central benin(I mean rngroad)

Agent and agreement N60000-N700000
A room self-contain goes for N8000-N10000

if u are talking about Lagos, area like Shomolu, Barira, local ikeja, Ojodu, Ojota, iyana oworo, and the likes
u will get a room with shared toilet, bathroom and kitchen
4000 per month X 2yrs minimum =96,000 with agreement and commission 30,000 each making 156,000
5000 per month X 2yrs minimum =120,000 with agreement and commission 60,000=180,000

i had to look at d ur post to make sure i dd not type it. My old man (a gud samaritan) was collecting just 1000 per mth(imagine...the aose has toilet n a well) before he passed on. I increased it to 2000 but the tenants kept chasing me with calls pleading. I had to tell d agent to reduce it to 1500 for d time being.

yea...i like ur style man. The aose is currently been runned by an agent who am not impressed wit his work. The issue is the aose is in ib but m currently doing my B.Sc in ilorin wch i will b thru with by nxt yr. I plan to evict most of the tenants nxt yr n take new people.

the only saVing grace there is the psychiatric hospital.

its about 200 yrds to our house.

each time i call, there is neva light.

i have only slept there once after my mum forced me, i dont like the area.

my preffered area is sapele rd, behind winners.
