It keeps prompting that PIN BLOCKED and Iv tried all I can - Iv been to Diamond bank @Awolowo way, Iv also been the both MTN offices at Opebi but to no avail. I need the money badly as we are already paying our school fees. Please what elso should I do?

u cld go to a diamond bank branch and request for an atm
