As minister of petroleum between 76, and 78;

- Masterminded the construction of Nigeria's three refineries. One in Port-harcourt, another in Warri, and the last in Kaduna. None has been built since then.
- Also masterminded the building of 20 oil depots around the country, and the laying of over 3000 km of oil pipelines around the federation.
We are still reaping the benefits till date.

In his short stint as the head of state in '84, '85;

- Paid down Nigeria's external debt.
- Reduced inflation from 23% to 5%
- Refined oil at home, Nigeria didn't import refined products. The reverse is the case today, leading to oil subsidy scam etc.
- Stood up to IMF, and world bank, refusing to devalue the Naira. The Naira was a currency of pride under him.
- Brought corruption to its knees.
- First Nigerian leader to include a woman in his cabinet.
- Zero tolerance for indiscipline.

As head of PTF, under Sani Abacha;

- Did not receive salary, or renumeration. He maintained he was already receiving pension, and considered it immoral to be getting a second pay. He saw it as service to his fatherland.
- Built more roads (top quality) than the federal government has built in the last 15 years.
- Supplied textbooks, and reading materials to our schools across all levels.
- Supplied drugs, and hospital equipments to our health facilities across the nation, to improve the quality of health care delivery.
- Ensured the timely delivery of PTF annual reports, promoting a transparent culture of leadership.

Should i be crying because Nigeria is suffering from bad governance and some people saying i will sleep over it or i should be laughing because i see everything turning around for good come 2015.
No one can tell me there won't be a CHANGE or a TRANSFOMATION because i see both coming in the speed of light
