Depends on what you want.

Note 4 has a bigger and better screen (2k Super-AMOLED vs 1080p IPS LCD) and is more powerful (Snapdragon 805 vs 801).

Note 4 has the stylus support and has a better camera (forget the 20 MP megapixel count of the Z3, the Note 4 has perhaps the best phone camera of 2014)

Note 4 gives you an entry into VR with the Gear VR add-on.

Xperia Z3 has a pretty great battery life. Not sure if it tops the Note 4. If you've got a PS4, you can do remote play on the Z3. Though you can sideload the remote play app from Xda on your Note 4

Note 4 is a massive phone. Z3 is more pocketable.


Bottom line is, if you can stomach the size, i'd go with the Note 4. Or perhaps a Nexus 6 if you can find it. Z3 is a great phone too, you can't go too wrong with both

so except the ps4 because i dont need it, the note 4 is not waterproof and dust proof and upon the 20mp of xperia z3 you said note 4 is the best

Here's a protip that will serve you well when you hunt for your next phone or camera:

The Megapixel count is NOT an indication of how good a camera is, compared to another.

If water and dust proofing is higher on your list than an all round more powerful performance and screen, go for the Z3.

megapixels do not determine the quality of a camera. the 8megapixels camera on the iphone 6plus produces better pictures than that of the xperia z3.
