I agree the FG should privatize electricity distribution to Borno. Security personnel must be withdrawn from the frontlines and deployed to guard power infrastructure just as we have a situation where military personnel are deployed to schools and places of worship.

Yeye mumu maiduguri and the entire NE are a war zone.
