Edo State Government has the highest casual workers and cheap labour in it payroll in Nigeria, with all these causal workers performing serious government functions despite their status in the Service. My question is how can a man who says casualization is a sin will have over 15,000 casual staff working in all sector including Governors office, Health, Education, Revenue Board, Traffic, ICT/Payroll, Security and Civil Service?

it is better. mean while in benue state where it is[b] PDP[/b] the governor is owing teachers and workers salaries for about 6months now, nothing like employment whatsoever
