Ever since i have been looking at job section or job advert pertaining to oil and multinational company on this forum i have never seen a position meant for HND holders. All i always see is GRADUATE TRAINING. Does it mean HND holders are not GRADUATES too? I want your views on this in a constructive manner though!!

Job adverts don't necessarily have to specify that HND holders should apply.

When recruiters are asking a Bsc Electrical Engineer to apply, they expect HND guys to throw in their applications.

Don't let us exaggerate the discrimination. I know it exist, i just feel it isn't as bad as we paint it.

U mean an electrical engineering hnd graduate can apply to oil company's job where it's specified Bsc holders are the ones needed(in the case of graduate training jobs)? Are u speaking frm experience or just tink so?

guy MOST of adverts will say B.sc or it's equivalent. though i understand some firm will specify b.sc only but dt one only occur occasionally. if i were u, wherever i see b.sc then i will forward my cv too. if d discrimatn is dt obvious it wud hav led to another thing in naija.
