borrowed money to build. I never had a
foreign account since I finished my
courses in the USA, India and the UK. I
never owned any property outside

This guy is a joke right? Did someone not tell Buhari there are proper channels for declaring assets? We want to know where he gets money to share at elections, three presidential elections already.

I will like to know what "Code of Conduct Bureau" makes of the phrase " AT LEAST 1 MILLION " ?
