mum to be honest I've been in your shoes before twice and at the end it thought me to only make Jesus my role model and example and the word my guide because all the leaders, pastors, priest , prophet are just men who are liable to fall and deviate at any time.

sure they are yet we cannot serve God in isolation even though it's an individual race. God will help us strike a balance

The grouse I have is not having members misbehave but rather leaders. It shakes the church to the roots

That's the mentality we all have which to an extent is wrong , the only difference between a leader and a member nothing more.

No, pls try understand me, should a member decide to go haywire we could bet that he'll be going alone but should a leader falter, he would jeopardise a good number of his followers

That's the point I'm making because so many people look up to him. But before God both a leader and a member will be judged equally

Yea right and that's why we as believers we shouldn't look up to them but look up to God and him alone .

True. But the truth still remains that majority look up to these leaders

So leadership has to get it right atleast for followership sake

That's true and it'll take more than a century to change that , it pains me to see most Christians who have unknowingly replaced God with their pastors .

Every Christian is given the ability and instruction to read , its just our laziness towards it that stops us and better still we also have the holy to teach us.

Not quite. Bible says the leaders will be judged more strictly which is why it is not every Harry that should go there. If you are not called better sit down for your house jeje je.
