You are a civil engineer without a job and that is why you talk like this because you wait for the government to give you a job,and if no job is found for you, you blame corruption. I started building a catalogue of clients from the streets. Some jobs I did for free and it brought me many clients who were willing to pay for my services. Only jobless people reason the way you do bro. GEJ all the way.
I don't blame corruption but the lopsided system of things in Nigeria ie the constitution. The constitution we currently use has a lot clauses in it that promotes corruption, so attacking malaria is more effective than fighting headaches and fever.
