Okay, I know this probably isn't what you want to hear..but I'll save you the doctor's trip. Ice it and use ibuprofen... It's probably just as a result of inflammation in your knee, and the clicking would be directly related to the added inflammation and irritation in the area.. Try this for a couple of weeks.
