You are wrong! There are still govt lands along Zuba - Gwagwalada, that are virgin, not used yet, but for future purposes. So, stop misinforming people. Have you ever been to Abuja, talkless of going to that axis?

What u do not know, you ask. Thats my kind of person. Gwagwalada - Zuba road, is the next major place, people might be moving to, becos of the dualisaton of that road. Many who have forsight, are buying up lands there, expecting boom, in the nearest future. On a personal note, I have two plots there, and even the seller has almost 10 plots, but just want to sell these 3 just to raise money for his new export business. Nobody, including me, wants to sell.

So, buying is not a do-or-die affair. In the nearest future, you should know that people will be begging to buy these same place with millions of Naira. The good part is that, it is captured in the new Abuja master plan. Any surveyor with that instrument to help trace any land in Abuja, will gladly do so, without stress.
