Rumours of Banga Lee having lawsuits filed against him that will cause him to go to court in January 2015 have been completely shut down.

A representative of African superstar D'Banj has said that the story making rounds that D'Banj has been summoned to appear in court on January 25, 2015.

In an exclusive and brief interview with the D'Banj representative who refused to disclose his name to Pulse TV, said that the story of D'Banj appearing in court is not authentic.

"No, the story is not authentic" said the D'Banj rep.

On Tuesday, December 17, it was reported that D'Banj was about to be served a summons to appear in court next year for allegedly not
paying a N60m loan he obtained last year.

The story is not Authentic or its not true?? Which is which Celebs with FAKE lifestyle. Later, they will say this and this to cover up. What i saw on top bloggers like http://www.divanaija.com.ng/dbanj-summoned-court-unpaid-lekki-rents/ and Linda and Punch made it clear that he has been in this issue even before the fall of Mo'Hits. So the fact that the source is not authentic (which means we didnt hear it from D'banj himself) does not mean its UNTRUE. If its fake, he will have come out and defend himself not some "UNKNOWN REp" claiming to be his mouth piece.

I have nothing against D'banj o but i just dont like the way our Naija Celebs and their Representatives tackle issues when they arise. Overseas, you will hear sumthing like "No comment, we choose not to comment, when the evidence are available you will be the first to know" not 'NOT AUTHENTIC!!!!'
