The last time Lagos State Govt. declared that they generated 70% of their annual budget through IGR

Do you cares to ask what now becomes of the Federal Allocations, what are they doing with it

As for the Presidency, forget it, power cannot return to the North until when GEJ complete his term IF GMB is the BEST APC or any opposition party can present in this century.
