Customer Service Representatives At Winsfood (Nig) Limited

Winsfood (Nig) Limited, a manufacturing company in Lagos with its factory located at Ojota. As a result of expansion in its business activities, Winsfoods (Nig) Limited seeks to employ the services of Customer Service Representatives. This is geared towards strengthening the working capacity and also ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the Organization as a whole.
Currently, we are recruiting for Customer Service Representatives
Job Description
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service
• Regularly provides feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of the customer service department’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for actively ensuring the retention of the organization’s customer base which includes promoting the organization to existing customers.
• Responsible for notifying administration of any required updates of customer records on the organization’s internal database
• Answers customer inquiries/communications as required.
• Decisions concerning the implementation of new customer service policies and procedures
• Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team

Requirement
• Bsc/Hnd in English, Mass Communication, Literary Studies (Literature), Journalism or any other related course of study
• A minimum of second class lower degree/equivalent
• Must be resident in Lagos
• A minimum of 2yrs of working experience
• Smartness
Desired skills
• Having strong customer service and responsiveness skills
• Focuses on servicing the customer by demonstrating a sense of integrity, urgency, dedication, courtesy, accuracy and efficiency
• Having patience and compassion for customers who act out due to their frustration level
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize workflow
• Employ problem solving skills, providing solutions and resolutions to customers' concerns or issues in a thorough manner, both efficiently and excellently
• Be reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
