Could it be because I haven't rooted my phone, I've tried a lot of times too, all to no avail. this infinix zero seems to be too stubborn buh na lie, am a Nigerian we stubborn pass.

Its R/O ...u nid to select mount as R/W before anything can be changed on the phone folders.

Just click on it and delete whatever u nid to delete

When u're through,select mount r/o again.

It should be at the top left of your screen

mount r/w is just beside it...and if it still doesnt work,u can google how to delete system folders

Yes I saw mounted as r/o at the top left of the app, but it's not something I can change, I've checked everywhere.

u can also try vroot perhaps it will work for it
check infinix hot thread for info on how to use vroot
