Please how much is the entry level salary of HND holder in any federal govt parastatals?

The entry salary grade is Grade Level (GL)08 but some 07.
Meanwhile u know dt some parastatals operate different scale like hattis in wh case some hnd graduates r placed on hattis 06, hattis 07, d reason 4 d disparity i do not but i wish someone may clear d cloud. Tml.

HND Level 8 step 2, Bsc Level 8 step 3...Bsc+Masters Level 9...

I work in a federal university where the entry level is level 7step2.why entry level for medical doctors and lawyers are 9 and 8 respectively.

To calculate the entry level salary of an HND holder in govt parastatals, could it be accurate or near accurate to multiply the minimum wage (N18000) by the level (say GL8)?

Thanks otes26! Are u referring to HND or BSc holders when u said 7, 9 and 8 respectively?

No it doesn't work that way. You can not just multiply ... Everything depends on a consolidated salary scheme as proposed by the govt agency. That is why a level 8 can earn 120k in govt agency A while another level 8 can earn as low as 50k in agency B but are both recognised as Level 8 officers in the civil service.

If you are accepted, you will/must be placed on Bsc paygrade. That's Civil service rules.

I dont need to remind you that you dont need to be on a job first before finding out about the pay. You need the info to make rational decisions.
