I don't post pictures of farmlands because I think all lands will just look about the same.
However, the land is in a village close to Moniya in Ibadan. It has no streams close to it. You may need to drill a well or borehole for water.

The owner is not desperate to sell. In fact he is moving the price back to 150k per acre if the land is not sold till the end of this year.

However, I doubt if one can find any authentic land for 80k/acre in Ibadan. Thanks for the interest.
