You are right i didn we Nigerian have a different lexicon cheesy cheesy...we need electricity badly ----from 1986, till date, that is about 28 years what has successive gov been doing huh didnt know IBB is now GEJ godfather....if we needed it badly why didnt Buhari gov give in 1985 huh huh
Buhari barely spent two years as Head of State (1983 - 1985).
IBB spent eight years as Head of State (1985 - 1993)
GEJ has spent almost 5 years (Feb., 2010 -. Dec., 2014)..

Please from this piece of information above who are those with enough time to turn the Power situation around?

Otueke's Jesus' cluelessness has made him really foolish.
Instead of going after the lost sheep to bring back the Chibok girls, he brought back himself.
btw the image you put up is that of a well lit dualised road with central reservation!

People will also see that

That is Abuja. The roads have been dualised even before GEJ became Deputy Governor of Otueke Bayelsa State.

So after this complex reform process... And Billions of Naira spent. We have less Mw of power generated and the highest tariffs ever?
We would have been better not starting any reform in Dec., 2010. This was just a money sink and an avenue to siphon more public funds to Otueke.

LRNZH:
pls look at the time frames you are quoting.

GEJ got into power February, 2010. He promised stable electricity by April, 2011.
This is December, 2014 with electricity generation at its worst and tarrifs at their highest.
Do not make certain excuses for the Jesus of Otueke. They are too lame.
In GEJ own words:

U dont have any evidence that money was siphoned to Otuoke or Daura.....The fact that the reform was completed in recorded time, almost as long a Buhari tenure as Millitary President is laudable...Most reforms outlive the reformer, like OBJ banking and Telecom reform, the power sector is improving and it will get better. Just curious how many MW did Buhari add to the power Grid or any tangible roadmap back then huh huh huh

OBJ's banking and Telecom reforms brought results immediately even before his second term in 2003.
My point is the power situation has even got worse after the claimed power reforms of GEJ.
Evidence for siphoned funds? They sacked Prof Birth Nnaji, NNPC could not account for $20Billion, now Jerry Gana (a career public servant and former Geography lecturer at ABU Zaria) and undisclosed 'friends' are donating N21Billion to GEJ for 2015 elections.
Abeg leave matter.
All these things can't be fabricated lies na... See below

Human memory is short...OBJ's banking and telecom reform didnt bring immediate result...i remember cost of the 1st sim card i bought (14K) and how much they cost now....using newspaper as source of corruption is outdated, the late Tai Solarin comes to my mind......about the donation maybe PDP as party is being too honest about the source of their fund, i wish APC can honest about the souurce of their donations cool cool

You bought sim card for 14k but you got the service you paid for immediately. People were already getting employed by these telecoms coys and banks at that time. That's the impact right there.

Compare with GEJs paying higher tariff but worsening electricity supply, removing part of fuel subsidy but not a single refinery turn around to show for it. No new employment in the power sector, no improved service or living conditions. Power workers are threatening strike while oil workers just finished their own strike.

The difference is 7up. Deji stop defending non-performance.

LRNZH...i dont pay a kobo for SIM card now and i get better service because after reform things dont get better immediately ....but after sometimes the infrastructure get better and the sector grows....There are new employments going on right now because we need technicians and engneers to power the reform, my brother na patience we need and continuity grin grin

what if the insecurities in the north caused by ............... had allowed the trans Saharan gas pipeline to move faster , by now we would have 4 or 5 gas powered plants In the north starting from kano to supplement that in the south thereby increasing total supply of electricity......and we would all be happy. ....

my 100 naira comment..
