The Police have said they were not aware of the N21 billion donations to President Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign team by some businessmen.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Emmanuel Ojukwu, said the Police did not know about the donations or the alleged violation of the electoral law by the donors

“We are not aware of the donation and besides, there is no complainant,” Ojukwu said.

This is what the Electoral Act says Mr. IGP
(9) An individual or other entity shall not donate more than N1,000,000 (1Million Naira only) to any candidate.

You can imagine! And some people were donating up to 1 billion naira.

President Jonathan and the IGP are all big time mediocres.

So we had a complainant when Tambuwal defected to APC and they swung into action by blocking the entrance to the house.

A Useless force full of unemployable and stark illiterates in a country full of unemployed graduates of law , criminology, psychology,sociology,microbiology, biochemistry ,material science , mathematics,statistics and even forensic science ( I personally know 2 Nigerians with qualifications in forensics ) ,you would think it would be no brainer building a competent police force.

The Bauchi State Governor, Isa Yuguda, who spoke on behalf of the PDP governors, said each 21 of them would donate N50m each.

This already means the 21 PDP state governors have contravened section 91(9) of the electoral law.
