Checker, a free app that quickly and effectively determines whether your Android phone or tablet supports USB
OTG.. To download simply type "USB OTG checker" in appworld and it will appear

There are tons of MTK phones that supports OTG: Gionee, Elephone, Jiayu, InnJoo to mention just a few.

I used this app long ago on my i1s though o don't have an otg cable yet. I don't know if it truly works but most people are saying that my phone doesn't support otg

This isn't a foolproof way of determining if a phone is USB On-The-Go ready as a lot of phones have the hardware infrastructure that supports OTG but lack the OS base as is the case with a lot of MTK devices. This software runs its tests based on your phones hardware and as such even if it says your phone has USB On-The-Go, the feature may not actually work on it.

FEW TECNO PHONE DO SUPPORT OTG eg Tecno r7 BECUSE THAT IS THE LAST PHONE I USED FOR NOW

Alot of Tecno devices support OTG

Most android phones support USB otg. In other cases you need to enable the function. Just root your phone, then install an app called Stickmount. The app will enable your phone to detect an otg drive.

The new L9 supports OTG

Some Tecno and Infinix phones support the OTG feature too.

You can connect directly. But you might need to download ES Explorer to be able to use it well. Depends on the type of phone though.
