Cesc shouldn't be in a pivot, he would do pretty fine playing in the hole. Koke can't beat him to being the cynosure of creativity in this Chelsea side.

It actually doesn't need to be Reus. It just has to be a winger-like player with good technique and ability to match Willian's work rate. We cannot deny that for all of Willian's ability on the ball, there's far little output to match. I am sure Jose's watching that too.

Look at it from a tactical point of view; a deep lying playmaker (ala Pirlo, Xavi) and you will comes to terms with Cesc's tactical position.
