I know it was hatred for akala that made you sound louder against him than others who have looted the State treasury and siphoned the money meant for the State. Their differences are in their habits of spending. What makes akala looting so glaring was that he was open-minded with his own kind of looting. He looted indeed with many channels of his and State's wealth to many. Others too loot but with closed channels. I think you could understand what I mean. I am not supporting any form of looting, just trying to let you know what the systems look like.
