Hey guys please I need your help! Am filling a form and I need to add my signature on it but Iddon't know how!
NB:Its a form am filling on my laptop this is the mobile screenshot! I need your help guys its veryurgent!

its a form am filling but more of an online form which I downloaded and I need to fill with Microsoft word! But While doing that at the last page there is signature and date so I don't know how to input my signature!

why not use the initials of your name
or if you have scanner you can scan in your signature from a paper(i.e write/draw t on a white paper, ) scan, and extract it
