"... I'm an ex-Jehovah's Witness and they are completely brainwashed and aren't allowed to have a conversation with a loved one/ex-member because of fear of demons/devil and fear of god. Jehovah's Witnesses shun their own children and other loved ones, they deny their children blood transfusions then when they die, the leaders put these kids faces on their religious magazine as "heroes" who were "faithful to Jehovah/god". Jehovah's Witnesses also mandate what married couples can and cannot do in bed with each other, and spouses are notorious for turning in the other spouse for forbidden sexual favours like MouthAction. And it only gets worse.

They also have a BIG paedophile problem, and the leaders send these paedophiles out to spread "the good news" for spiritual growth and service to god. But if another member reports one of these paedophiles to the police, they are "disfellowshipped" (excommunicated) and shunned by their family and community,because the leaders are "the only authority" - the real world authorities don't count. It is impossible to argue with a Jehovah's Witness because they are so heavily indoctrinated and it runs many many layers deep. I know these things because I was raised in this religion, then turned to the pentecostal/born again/evangelical movement(s) before finally being forced to walk away. I walked because I learned about the history of the church, the history of how the bible was canonized yet, I tried to stick it out to have spiritual community. But the hypocrisy and mean-spiritedness made that impossible. Thirty years later, I still believe in an intelligence behind this whole scene, even if it's coming from some part of our personal or collective consciousness that we haven't figured out yet. Of course this is subjective and I can't prove this, which is fine. We are all on our own path and no longer have any interest in "converting' anyone ever again. Good video good channel. She is not lying. I have a friend who is an ex JW. He also left them for these reasons. If you J.W. people here say she is lying pls point out where she lied and what you people stand on concerning any of her points.
