. Apparently,u d dumb one here dude. Now let me enlighten u a little. Yeah,rubble depends on oil and because oil is mainly traded with the US dollar, sanctions by US bites hard on the Russia economy. Also,the decline in oil price is known as "oil war" and it is being used by the US and Saudi Arabia to hit Russia and to a large extent Nigeria. So how does China bail Russia out? By trading the Rubbles directly with the Yuan the Russian economy becomes less affected by US sanctions and the Saudi oil war. Note,bail out doesn't necessary mean physical cash must exchange hands. Now u owe the OP an apology.
