Riquelme presented his mom with a white envelope which contained a note which said: "Your house is paid off. Merry Christmas - Joe". To the right of the letter were three ticked boxes "Raising kids; College loans; Mortgage". As the meaning of the letter sank in, Riquelme's shocked mom is overcome with emotions and embraces her son. The dad also picked up the letter, read it and bursts into tears.
