Are u still a kid, don't u know how it feels to percieve a fermented beans & egg, i.e how it smell when it ferments in ur system, and when u release that goddamn air, u go hear whimmm

Beans is actually one of my best foods and I was shocked when someone told me beans purges him. And not only him, so many other people as well. I taught it was only a myth cos I'd never experienced it.So back to d main point.
Beans contain some complex sugars(oligosaccharides) e.g raffinose and stachyose. These sugars are too large that they cannot be absorbed by d small intestine(because they lack an enzyme called alpha-galactosidase). Hence, when eaten, they travel undisturbed to d large intestine. It is in d large intestine they now meet d barriers. These barriers are bacteria that can digest almost anything related to food. So, these bacteria break them down. In d process of breaking down, large amounts of hydrogen, nitrogen, CO2 and CH4 is being produced. These gases accumulates and are given out as farts.
For a little remedy, soak ur beans for about 15mins cos it reduces d gas in them.
