Please help. first it started with pictures - I would snap pictures, view them and thereafter trying to open the picture would be a problem. Rather I see a blank page. And I would receive the error message 'failed to open file'.

Then this morning, I downloaded two songs successfully . I tried to open it in the music player and it's says 'failed to open file'.

I formatted my sdcard before I started using it and I have used a different file manager without success.

please what could be the problem?

Your memory card is bad. Replace it.
That's how my brand new 32GB Advance memory card died on me. All my files, pictures i took during my first month on Industrial training, applications, game high scores, all gone.

No i mean u have seen gionee's deafult launcher qith 4x4 grid that's reallly sucks some time... Bit i ha e installled nova launcher so how can i make it permanent default launcher by deleting the old pne gionee's..

Settings -> Apps -> Carefree Launcher -> Scroll down and select CleaR Defaults -> Home Key -> Select your Nova launcher and tap ALWAYS.

install and open
go to engineer mode
then enter

you will see engineer mode mtk
enter

then swipe to the right
enter CDS information

you will see radio information
enter it

you will now see
phone 1(sim 1)
phone 2(sim 2)

choose the one you want to change the imei to either phone 1 or phone 2

if its phone 1(sim 1)

enter phone 1
then you will see AT+
just type E

then a pop up will show choose the first option
that is
AT+EGMR=1,7" "
then type your imei between the ""

so if your imei is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

then type it like this into the ""
I.e AT+EGMR=1,7" xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

(IF YOU'RE ON KITKAT LEAVE A SPACE BETWEEN THE AT and the +)

then press send command

no need to reboot
just turn on airplane mode and turn it off again then your imei is changed


If its phone 2(sim 2)

then you will see AT+

happend to me, u maybe u downloaded d wrong file, download d 1 dat of Mali Gpu n it'll work, i downloaded Andreno at first was showing white screen, b4 downloading d correct 1 n it worked fine...
