omoakinn:i'm not getting you clearly. your transmission was working fine then suddenly stopped working? it didn't give you any sign? is your check engine light on? why i'm saying this is there could be many reasons why your gearbox might be misbehaving,from low transmission fluid to clogged filters,sensors etc , you may not even need to replace it. did your mechanic work on it recently? please check if your check engine light is on. if so scan your car and get the codes. post them here. it may be something simple that could be fixed easily. Scan the car before you waste your money replacing a good gearbox. |
