Mr. Imperiouxx is a married man now. He's graduated and I guess he's running his pre-requisite for his PhD programme. I would be heading to Tennessee, that should be far from you. When am settled we'll surely see.

Wish you all the best and be a super dad and chase the dollars with church mind. smiley

I heard someone saying that international student never get funded, How true is that?
international students get scholarships, my cousin paid just for the first semester and he didn't pay a dime till he graduated and it also depends on your school and the foundations that give scholarship . Just maintain a high GPA and you're good

This your transcript is a fiction. Thanks for sharing though. Men your flight really housed some perceived smelly Indians who would always act funny.

OK thanks. I could be wrong and I stand to be corrected. A little advice I got from someone who has been in the military for 10years, he doesn't encourage anyone who comes to America for the sole aim of schooling to join the army because you can't just sign up and start receiving benefits without serving them, you have to leave school for a while and go on to serve the country then after some time, they'll permit you to return to school before coming back to finish your contract with them.. Like I said, I stand to be corrected, I no sabi all things

Yea, you're somewhere right. I have one friend who has been inactive since 2013 he joined and another who told me recently that he's going to Korea this year and his studies will be sponsored in Omaha when he's back.

hello good people of Nairaland, pls I want to know if it is possible for the USA Embassy to have access to someone SEVIS information.Because,my Sister was denied for the third time yesterday, she has been denied twice at Lagos.in her statement of account she sent to the school,She used our Father's statement of account bearing the name Benjamin peters, along the line, our Father died. She now used/take Benjanin Oni bank statement to the embassy, and she filled Benjanin Oni on her DS FORM as her Father. Now my question is,is it possible for the embassy to have access with her SEVIS record? There by seeing the discrepancies?

DHS has the authority to access any central information system at their own discretion with any query.

The easiest way is by marriage to a US citizen.

Even that comes with prize and efforts.

If one's info is already in a state of mess, getting the GC can be thing of story.

Also for a clean application, It's not an easy thing like just marry and walk in to USCIS office and get the GC.

How do you do?

Yes, I'm done. I couldn't get into your school the last time I applied.

Write me to get my phone number.

Wish you all the best of 2015. I am indeed very grateful to be part of this wonderful thread and meeting such wonderful and kind Nigerians. You just have to be good and come out plain. Success to all who heads to the embassy for visa.

It's one of the easiest ways to mortgage your life especially if there is no love in that marriage and a child is involved.

Guys pls my international passport expired in November, 2014. How much does renewal cost in Nigeria? Secondly, is it advisable to dump an already commenced masters degree study in Nigeria for masters in the US esp in a STEM course?
