A Double Chance bet allows you to cover two of the three possible outcomes in a football match with one bet.
The following options are available:
1 or X - if the result is either a home or draw then bets on this option are winners.
X or 2 - if the result is either a draw or away then bets on this option are winners.
1 or 2 - if the result is either a home or away then bets on this option are winners.

While...

Handicap (+1) - You win if your team draws or win the match.

I think the only difference is that double chance gives you the option of 1 or 2... While handicap+1 is strictly a particular team winning/draw...

Long story made short...dey kinda mean the same...
