your analogy with facebook is spurious to say the least......
its a good thing you are offering jobs to people. that's commendable. but why do you need all that info for a job that is strictly online? why do people have to add you on facebook so you can get all the personal info you need? its possible you are using this as a gimmick to bloat your Facebook friends list for marketing purposes.
All im saying is, for online writing jobs all you need are
1.a good writer
2.internet connection
3.name/moniker
