I need a domain. But I don't have much knowledge about this. How to collect or how to manage? I need suggestion from where I can buy domain though one of my friends suggest me to visit http://websitecroc.com/. But I am confused!!!!!!!!!!!

There are many domain hosting servers out there, both local and international but it all depends on the type of website you want to host, you can always find one around.

Though, in as much as there are many hosting servers around, you need to go for one that would meet your site's need. Go for one that has a cpanel, and if you are a CMS developer, go for one that supports the CMS you are working with.

And if you are on a budget, I'd suggest you go with any of the Nigerian hosts. You can host with as little as 2,500 for the first year including domain name and hosting.

Locally we have; Qservsers.net, smartweb.com.ng and many more.
Internationally, there is hostgator.com, godaddy.com, ipage.com, easyhost.com and many more.

Goto godaddy(dot)com namecheap(dot)com a lot more of domain hosting server online.
If you don't have knowledge hire someone to do the job for you or teach you. Instead of getting yourself involve with what you know nothing about. Why not ask that your friend to explain rather enlighten u more about owning a domain. I hope you can design a site?
Because its not just owning a domain! U will also need to host it, then set the DNS. And upload/install the web script or files on it.

Too many things involve than just owning a domain.

Get your domain name at N500 Here
Then go to 000webhost Here to host it for free, there you can set a redirect to your blog
Check my signature, that's how I did mine

After setting up host, webhost will generate the servers for DNS stuff which you will use to request Domainking to set up for you.
It is quite simply

you can get one at godaddy, namecheap using credit card.but if you don't have, then use web4africa which accept bank payment via gtbank
