What's the need of another oath? What happened to the one they took on their wedding day?

Hi mums and dads of Nairaland.My frend called me on fone last 9t,she said after Confronting her husband about some issues in dia marriage,He told her dat he wants them 2 take a blood oath that they will not cheat on each other dat d penalty will b Death.he was serious,he said if dat will make his wife trust him he is willing.D problem now is dat my frend is scared,its unheared off, no man wants 2 b dis commited,d marriage is just 2 yrs now.pls ur advice is needed.am confused as well.

The husband is not well. If they married in church doesn't he know that the oat of matrimony b4 God and men is stronger than any blood oat they take if they both belive in the oat the took when they wedded.

A friend of mine had a contact that will take him to another state for 3months..by the time he came back,his girlfriend confronted him with questions like "can you swear that you didn't sleep with another woman over there?"..the guy was surprised.he brought out a bible and read one of those dangerous chapters..he swore infront of her that so so bad thing should happen to him if he ever cheated...after swearing,he turned to the girl and asked her to swear in the same way that she never cheated on him ever since he was out...the baby started shaking and said ""no no..that's not what I mean"..lol..women and lies goes together!...the guy broke up with her that day..

Now women wants a faithful man..every time they keep ringing it in our ears..every thread..all you see is "be faithful to your wife if you want her to be faithful"..smh...now here is a man who promised to be faithful but under the condition that she'll be faithful too and you people are rejecting it..lol..so this means you people are not even sure of yourselves..smh..so why do you need a faithful husband when you won't be faithful?
